Ep 23 Are You Working Out or STRENGTH TRAINING?

Hey teeth lovers,

Do you workout regularly but don’t get the results you hope for? Whether that be reduced pain, muscle gain, fat loss, increased energy…there’s a reason you aren’t achieving your goals. I recently spoke with a hygienist who was doing the same workouts for a year and a half with no results. This is because she was working out instead of strength training. I see this 100% of the time. This is why I educate on how to strength train with purpose and intention to actually get results. You CAN get rid of pain and build muscle at the same time- you just need to do it right.
