Ep 24 Why Stretching is NOT the Answer to your Pain Problem

Hey teeth lovers,

Today I’m talking about something that is a little too normalized in dentistry-stretching. Now stretching isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it isn’t going to solve your pain problems. It’s just another temporary fix that lasts momentarily. So while stretching is a piece of the puzzle, you have to strength train to build the underactive muscles if you want to get rid of pain LONG TERM. Just like brushing and flossing-they go hand in hand. So if you want to know what muscle you should be stretching and what muscles you should strengthen, tune in now!
