Ep 27 Aches to Strength: Train the POSTERIOR Chain for Lasting Pain Relief

Hey teeth lovers,

Today I’m talking about why the secret to long term pain relief is in the POSTERIOR chain. More specifically: exactly what muscles should we be working in the posterior chain? Well it’s not as simple as doing some rows and pulls and all our pain problems will magically be solved. If this were the case then hygienists that exercise regularly wouldn’t still be suffering with pain. Since hygienists have  both underactive and overactive muscles in the posterior, we need to make sure that we are strategic with implementing the appropriate exercises while avoiding others at the same time.
