Ep 43 Why HIIT is SHIT
We’ve all heard of high intensity interval training. The name says it all-high intensity is the exact opposite of what hygienists that are dealing with pain and muscle imbalances need. You muscles, bones, joints, connective tissues are misaligned. High impact workouts are extremely hard on your joints and only do more damage! Hygienists need LOW IMPACT, slow and controlled movements..not to just burn a bunch of calories. So listen in to hear why HIIT is not beneficial for your body and your career and what to do instead!
