Ep 47 Why You Aren’t Seeing the Results of Your Workouts
Do you workout consistently but don’t see the results you strive for? Do you still have pain despite putting in the effort to get fit and healthy? There is one reason why this is. While muscle imbalances play a part in this (because your body is not working together optimally), you’re not able to execute exercises properly. Your body is compensating. I see this daily! Just like you see a patient doing a simple task like brushing their teeth incorrectly, exercise is SOOOOO much more complex! If you aren’t doing things efficiently, what’s the point? Today I’m giving you three examples on how to properly perform exercises. You don’t want to miss this!
