Ep 50 PAIN-FREE After 39 Years in Hygiene: Lisa’s Story

In today’s episode I am sharing my client Lisa’s amazing transformation. Lisa is approaching her 40th year anniversary and is now able to do so WITHOUT PAIN!! Lisa came to me 3 months ago and had discomfort every day that she worked. She was working out on her own consistently and felt like she needed to push through her exercises.
