Ep 68 Common Upper Body Muscle Imbalances in Dental Hygienists
Do you feel like you have muscle tightness/tension but aren’t sure how to fix it? Maybe you have poor flexibility or range of motion…and or pain. All these are signs that you have muscle imbalances. Recently when Stephanie Botts had me as a guest on her podcast, she asked me what the common imbalances in RDHs were. Well there are many and some are overlooked so I wanted to go over the most common ones I see. In this episode I am sharing common signs/indicators that you have upper body muscle imbalances and how to remediate them.
