Ep 6 Part Two: 3 Workout Tips to Prevent Injury

Hey teeth lovers,

 

Are you a dental pro looking to PREVENT injury? In today’s episode I’m giving you my 3 tips on injury prevention.  Whether you experience pain, discomfort, tension, tightness, trigger points, poor flexibility or range of motion, you are in one of the 6 stages of the cumulative injury cycle.  Factors such as poor posture and repetitive motions are attributed to this cycle which lead to muscle imbalances which will eventually cause injury if not corrected. In order to be free of pain and injury, we need to break this vicious cycle through corrective exercise. So grab yourself a pen and paper and let’s do this!
