In today’s episode I am sharing my interview with my client Megan. She came to me after having practiced hygiene for 19 years and thinking she would have to cut back her days due to chronic pain in her shoulder and between her shoulder blades. She tried chiro, massage, acupuncture, she worked out on her own consistently, even had multiple personal trainers all to keep her pain from getting worse. She never expected her pain to go away until joining my Lift for Longevity program. Are you a dental pro looking to PREVENT injury? In today’s episode I’m giving you my 3 tips on injury prevention. Whether you experience pain, discomfort, tension, tightness, trigger points, poor flexibility or range of motion, you are in one of the 6 stages of the cumulative injury cycle. Factors such as poor posture and repetitive motions are attributed to this cycle which lead to muscle imbalances which will eventually cause injury if not corrected. In order to be free of pain and injury, we need to break this vicious cycle through corrective exercise. So grab yourself a pen and paper and let’s do this!

In today’s episode I am sitting down to chat with my client Kristin. She came to me after having practiced hygiene for 5 years and had chronic head & neck pain and suffered from tension headaches. She worked out on her own consistently, doing Beach Body and CrossFit but her pain seemed to be progressively getting worse. She had recurring visits to the massage and chiro but felt like everything she tried was a temporary fix.
